I Tried Everything To Get A Skin On Older Versions But Nothing Worked I Did The Replacing With char.png But It Still Didn't Work Please Help.

The skin servers are different. They won't update anymore.
Unless you go in and edit the source code to correctly download it... But I don't know how to do that.
