Infinite ocean generation

I need help with generating an infinite ocean world, without any islands nor villages. I need a world with all ocean biomes, not one. I couldn't find any mod or datapack to generate world like that(Though there's one datapack but it has bugs with stronghold generation). Also I am on 1.16.5.

Just create a new world with the single biome world type.
If you want a world with only water, do the water superflat pre-set (May need to turn off structure gen)
I'm not sure how to have multiple ocean types, but you might be able to do it by messing with the worlds generation data.
I don't have a lot of experience with editing a world's NBT data through.
