Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to use a command block to teleport a game to other worlds, but only the player who activated the platform.

Thanks for the answer, but just yesterday I solved with essentials using the signs and the Warp, thanks the same for your help.
You cant teleport a player to other worlds, but you can tp them to other dimensions by teleporting them into the respective portals
