Is it possible to install Bukkit plugins onto a Feed the Beast server running the Mindcrack Mod pack. If so, can someone please explain how it should be done. Thank you!

I would assume it would work the same as having bukkit+tekkit - They don't work well together, though, so you might have issues. You would need to download the craftbukkit build for the version of minecraft that your server is running on, as well as look up a guide for how to get the two two work together.
