Interest Check: New, Unique Warrior Cat Roleplay Server?

Hey there Planet Minecraft,
I suppose you could call this 'Server Help', but I wasn't too sure where to post this.
I've been considering to open up a new roleplay server, based around the popular book series 'Warrior Cats' by Erin Hunter.
I know there have been many attempts to set up a successful Warrior Cat server, but in my opinion I have only seen one which has been popular, and has been running for about a year now.
Now, I'm personally a fan of the book series myself, and have been looking for good servers to hang out on too. But I've noticed a few things with each and every one of them which could be changed to make the server more fun and 'efficient' for everyone. Most servers ask you to complete a quiz based off the books to make sure you're familiar with everything, and not there to ruin the fun. These quizzes are usually given to the new players by a member of staff.
But what happens if there's no staff members on at the time? This is something which I know for a fact is quite frustrating. Waiting hours; sometimes days, to meet a staff member on the server so you can finally join in on the roleplay.
That is what I want to change about my server. Through the use of command blocks, I've been considering a way of creating an automated quiz, which new players can choose to take once they've read all the rules and clan information. There may possibly be several quizzes, each one about a different arc in the series, if some players haven't read as far as others. Players would only have to complete one of the quizzes to be accepted into the roleplay. They can then choose their clan at the end, and then be teleported to that one accordingly. All players will have access to /nick, so they can change their name to their cat's name as desired.
This simple concept could eliminate the problem of waiting all together, making new players able to quickly get emerged into the world of Warrior Cats.
However, the lack of these type of servers out there suggests to me people may not be interested in this sort of roleplay anymore. That's why I'm asking the people of Planet Minecraft.
Please comment below with your thoughts, opinions, and suggestions on everything mentioned above, so I have a clear idea whether I should go through with this server plan or not.
