Interior Walls Mod Help

Hi! A few days back I saw a mod—I believe it was a mod anyway—that gave the game these thin versions of blocks to make interior walls still one block thick. Does anybody know the name of this mod or who it's by?

Forge Multipart mod provides a saw to allow you to cut blocks into slices, if that's what you mean ?

Multipart requires Codechickenlib, which you can get from here :

Once installed, make one of the saw's (there are 3), put the saw in your crafting table with the block you want to slice underneath it. You can slice it up to 4 times. You can also slice the bits by putting the saw at the side of the bit you want to slice.
