Invalid server IP?
Im currently running my server on a No-Ip.com IP, but I recently bought a domain to get play.domain.com, however when I try updating my PMC post to work with this new IP (play.domain.com) It says "Invalid IP/port". Yet I can connect to it perfectly fine in the Minecraft Multiplayer.

I'm using a Professional game hoster and it portforwards and all that crap for me.

Domain: mc-lof.com
Sub-domain: play
Be sure to put the port in there when you try to add it. If it is still not showing up it is likely that you haven't updated your MOTD with the message they say or you are using the wrong port or your port forwarding is not correct.

Im not quite sure what you are trying to say there. Domain & subdomain?
The IP I would like to have for the viewers viewing my PMC post is "play.mc-lof.com" That is connected (redirected) to the actual server IP (numbers).

I just reviewed the setup process (its been awhile) and you're correct. For the hostname you want to put in the domain that you own and the sub domain. Also if it uses a special port or the default one 25565.
You'll also need to put something in your MOTD on the server to verify that you own the server.
btw, what domain and sub domain are you trying to use?

Yeah, but If I do that the players viewing the post will have to type in that long IP? Or will it like auto-change it the play.domain.com?
When you created your subdomain play you pointed it to an IP address. That IP address is what you actually want to put into PMC to add your server.
