Upon downloading the new minecraft launcher I've noticed some problems with my inventory. I've asked many people if their inventories were messed up and they told me they were having no problem with it.

Some problems with my inventory:
-Shift clicking doesn't work (this means no equipping armor quickly, crafting large stacks of items quickly, etc.)
-Dragging items to the creative block selection no longer gets rid of them. I can only drag them to the Destroy Item thing or drop them on the floor to get rid of them
-Dragging items is glitchy and often doesn't work.
-Sometimes the same items won't stack even though they should.
Ex: Trying to mix a stack of 16 torches with a stack of 27

If anyone knows how to fix this issue, please tell me. This is getting really annoying...
