Update :
I tried a similar design with naturally spawned villagers and it now works. I'm not sure if it was the edition of doors, the village, or the naturally spawned villagers.
I'm trying to figure out iron farms, but can't seem to get the iron golems to spawn. If there's any obvious reason as to why this set up isn't working, I would greatly appreciate if someone pointed that out to me. Thanks!
