Irritating Connection Issues

Every time I try to join a specific server (celestialmc.zapto.org), I get a specific message: 'You are not logged into your Minecraft account. If you are logged into your Minecraft account, try restarting your client.' It only happens on this specific server, no other servers. I've spoken with the server owner, and the only thing on the backend is a message that I'm not logged in to Minecraft.
So, I tried MANY things. Deleted all Minecraft files on my computer. Ran modded and vanilla. Used different launchers. Used a different computer, different wifi. Nothing. Messaged Minecraft and they had nothing useful for me to do, and only respond about once per day. So, I tried using my alt account. Same issue! Nobody else has issues logging in. It's like my wifi or computer (running MacOS Silicon) is corrupting every account it touches or something, insane as that sounds. Owner has no idea what it could be if it's server side.
I am so lost and frustrated. What can I do?

Was just testing and their(aka https://minecraftservers.org/server/475798 ) website is wrong, the supported versions are 1.18.2-1.20.1 I'll do some more testing if you want me to (If you want to use discord that's fine just msg through PMC first). [I usually put warnings in bold and in square brackets so BE WARNED THIS SERVER { IP: celestialmc.zapto.org } HAS A LOW PLAYER COUNT AND SOME OF THE INFO ON THE WEBSITE {minecraftservers.org/server/475798} IS CONTRADICTING. MAYBE YOU ENTERNED THE WRONG SERVER IP?]
