Is it possible to make a plugin that uses another plugin's command?

I wanted to make an auto-run command for my server so every so often minutes or time the console could run a command that is the plugins command.
So basically I have this crates plugin and I want it to automatically run /cratekey give all (key) but that command comes with the crates plugin.
