Issue with player getting kicked when wither kills him

I seem to be having this problem, one of my player is kicked from the server when he is killed by the wither. As you can see the player is "storn42." I'm not sure why this problem is happening, but any help would be appreciated

Your message looks like a plugin is causing it. If you have a plugin that stops wither's from damaging terrain and structures, make sure you are using one that doesn't conflict with your current version of CraftBukkit (If your using it.) Hope it helped.

Thanks, the only plugin that would do this would be worldguard for me, and I just checked and it seems they have a non-official update for 1.6 ready, and from his words, it seems that the 1.5 version of worldguard shouldn't be used with 1.6.
