When people on my server go from one world to a different Multiverse world, using konseptgate warps, and they die in that world, their items are duplicated in their inventory??? Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it???

Do you have multiverse-inventories installed? That could help a bit - It also might be a flaw of konseptgate. I would suggest you install MV-inventories and switching to another gate plugin, such as CreativeGates, and see if the problem still persists.
