[Java][1.19.2] Game crashes on startup

Hello, I have been having problems with my minecraft for a few months now, I'ts been crashing almost every time I open the game. (it opens once in a blue moon).

I have no idea what is causing it to behave like this, but it barely shows the start screen before crashing and throwing "Exit Code: 1." Minecraft has run before on this machine but stopped some time a few months ago, so I tried resetting my computer, reinstalling minecraft and java, and still crashes.
