Java error after approx 3 mins.

So, after approximately 3 minutes on ANY server, or if I sometimes chat, place a block or pause the game, then this will pop up.

java.net.sockettimeoutexception read timed out

Does anyone know why? I got my new PC today and it has started since then. On my old laptop, I never had this. Any solutions/fixes?
