1. How do you set up your own server using your own PC

2. What programming Language is Java edition made from. And why is Java edition considerably laggier than Bedrock even though they have the same amount of content

3. How do you use command blocking to make a mob leap certain blocks foward and up in the direction they're looking at without accounting for where they're actually looking (relative motion I guess)?

1. Setting up a server will cost money, or of you want it free, go into a minecraft world, press esc, and click "Lan" put in the settings, and click "set to lan".

2. Because the Bedrock edition was re-made from the ground up with the express purpose of running on phones originally, therefore it runs miles better than Java on more powerful hardware on a PC.

3.

Teleporting four blocks forward could be achieved with a command:
/tp @p ~+cos(orientation)*4 ~ ~+sin(orientation)*4

If commands were able to use scoreboard values as input and to perform basic calculations. At this point Teleporting forward is possible with pre-calculated values as seen on SethBling's Magic Carpet:
http://youtu.be/Gx9ugrt8oK4

Live calculations would simplify contraptions like this and allow much more complex ones. Including advanced teleportation which you mentioned.

1. You can use a minecraft server jar to set up your own server for free, that people can access through a public ip and an open port. https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/server/

2. You actually surprised me on this one. I honestly did not know that. I searched up more about this and noticed Java had basically layers of previous versions of code + Java, which is very bad for garbage collection (which will consume CPU/RAM). Bedrock is also made on c++ for which controlling resources can be better implemented and is also optimised because of your reason.

3. Hmm this is really interesting. However this can't be directly done in Minecraft, even with scoreboards and I was also talking about leaping. An example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Df75vdRs7y4

Overall im really impressed with your knowledge here :D

You can actually get a server for free. Like the one that costs money, without doing a LAN connection.
