I don't think your computer knows where your Java installation is. Go into your Environment Variables and set "PATH" to the /bin folder of wherever you installed Java.
can u explain to me how to get to when i need to go and how to do what ur saying needs to happen
Alright:
I'm assuming you're running Windows 7 or higher.
Open the explorer and right-click on "Computer" or "This PC".
Click on "Properties".
In the window that opens, click on "Advanced system settings" in the left navbar.
Click on "Environment Variables" in the window that opens.
Find "Path" in System Variables, add a semicolon and append the directory of your /bin Java folder.

what do u mean by "add a semicolon and append the directory of your /bin Java folder."
I mean:
Double-click on the "Path" variable.
At the end of the text, add a semicolon and append the directory.

sorry but i have no clue what u mean by that last part
this is the variable value what do u want me to do to it
;C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin
;C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin
Assuming you have 64-bit Java 7 or 8, the path would be
or
;C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\binor
;C:\Program Files\Java\jre8\binOh! Just change "jre6" to "jre7" and you're good to go.
Assuming he's using Java 7 32-bit.
Make a new profile in the launcher and launch it. What happens?
