Javasocket connection reset and super high ping when join

ive had this problem for a while, when i try to join a server it either a:



kicks me after 30 or so seconds for jacksocket connection reset or b:

lets me join but i get up to 7000 ping, and when i teleport anywhere it also puts my ping wayy up, its even happened when i was just making paths

its gotten to the point that its unplayable, and i need help
