Joining a server..?

So I can't make my server allow me to join... it just does not like me trying to join...
So, in the server output log, I get this:
and on minecraft, i get this:
Can I get around this? I restarted both my game and launcher...
What can I do?

either you failed to close your game and launcher and then start again, or you dont have internet access, or your account is cracked
