How do I Keep severs on while my computer is off?

Dedicated servers are made to stay on all the time, they usually have 2 power supplies, 2 network cards, 2(most of the time more) hard drives, and sometimes like my server 2 ram slots that are hot swappable(this means they can be taken out when the server is running). This is so that if anything breaks on the server it can be replaced, and doesn’t have to be turned off. A server also has a lot of fans to keep it cool.

I believe people have Dedicated servers that are in fact always running. Usually they rent them. I dont know the technical whatsits behind this, if the server info is passed between machines so that one computer can cool down or if they are just cooled very efficiently. But you cant run a server from a shutdown computer. You can however rent one.

No matter what time I go on a server, it is always running.
