F3 Key not working properly.

My F3 Key does not show the info it used to before I began playing on 1.10.2. Instead of displaying my XYX Coords, biome, etc, it does something weird.

Basically, when i hit FN + F3 (The key combination that I've always used for Minecraft), I can't move left or right ingame- when i move left it says something along the lines of "Debug: Reloading all chunks.", and I can't hit 'T' to talk in chat either. It actually almost crashes my game and forces me to disconnect to play normally. At first, I thought it was the server I was on, but I tried on singleplayer and it does the same thing.

I don't know if this is a result of the update or if I broke my game somehow, but does anyone know how to fix this? I tried searching for an answer but could not find one online.

I'd just downgrade back to 1.9 but the server I like to play on is only 1.10 so I really hope this can be fixed, because it really makes mining harder since I like to mine around Y=11/12

In case I didn't explain this well enough or I confused you or something (I'm not sure if I explained this well or not) I have a screen recording if needed.

Edit// This issue only happens when I have Optifine running. And while that's great, I can check my coords without Optifine, I'd still like to hear any suggestions to fix it, because without Optifine my game is so laggy I can barely play.

Fn is the function key which is not normally used in Minecraft for Windows-based devices, but on Mac. With that being said, try just F3 as it may be a new update or something. Also, go to Options>Chat Settings>Reduced Debug Info. Set that to off to make sure your coords and everything will show in the first place.

Try pressing F3 without pressing FN. I think pressing FN makes the game think you are holding F3.

Out of all the questions I've ever seen on this site, this is the first where we're telling the guy how to press a button.
