Hello,
I really need some serious advice. Currently, I have five donation ranks on my server (Vip, Vip+, Mvp, Mvp+ and God). I am currently wondering how I should do with moderators. Should they get any of the kits or none?

Depends on how strict you are with your staff. If they're strictly staff for staff purposes and don't play the actual games on your server, then no. Anything else, then yes.
