KonseptGate Help?!?!

Hello!
So I use KonseptGate for my portal plugin... however today there are problems with the portal themselves. The warps work fine.. but there are always two blocks missing on the side of the portal... this is the same for every single one of my portals... help!?!?!
I can replace the blocks and it stays sometimes... however it mostly just goes away
