Hi! So whenever i start a new world or join server i expirience issues like mobs freezing mid-air and blocks requiring few times to break. My pc runs smoothly games like witcher and assasins creed oddysey. My internet is also not bad(2 ping, 70 mbps download). Even doe i set my video settings to lowest possible it didint do anything. Do anyone know how to deal with it?

Set max FPS to unlimited, reduce your render distance, turn on VSync. It should make the game flow relatively consistently.

Did you set max framerate low as well? XDDD
Remember that "low = fast" does not work for every setting, read up on the settings and set them carefully.

An option to try is to increase the amount of ram you allocate to your server in your java startup arguments - i.e.

java -Xmx4096M -Xms4096M -jar minecraft_server125.jar nogui

This would allocate 4gb ram to your minecraft server. Of couse, change the filename (in bold) to the name of the server jar file you are using.

sounds like a CPU issue honestly tick rate is usually lowered when you start generating new chunks weather it be single player or multiplayer, no real way to fix without knowing your java startup flags for minecraft and cpu
