What I've tried:
Allocating more ram (now 4 gb instead of 2)
Lowering rendering distance (now lowest possible)
Lowest graphics possible
I have good ping, also no frame drops, i think it is my monitor (60 hz with 300-400 fps)
My specs:
i5-8600k
gtx 1080
16gb ram ddr4
Can you guys help me out
Thanks, Jiry

If you are playing 1.14, chunkloading is probably the issue.if not, u got 16gb, I'd say indeed more gb, I got 8gb and put 4 into mc

with your specs i would allocate at least 6 gbs of ram instead of 4 since you have 16 to work with, also checking task manager for background instances will help out as well!

I allocated six gb, there is nothing heavy running in the back only java binare se or something like that.
Still the same problems??

Try checking your task manager for resource heavy processes and then ending them if you don't need them.
