I Dont know what is going on with Minecraft but ever since I upgraded to windows 10, Minecraft stuttered and I searched everywhere I can possibly find.

Every time I load a world and everything renders my fps stable at 120-160 fps but when i move it stutters/lags a lot and i dont know what makes that happen.
As i said i searched everywhere i could possibly find.

Specs:

Intel Quad core Q6600

Rx 550 4gb

8gb DDR 3 Ram

80 And 160 gb hard drives

I hope you guys can help me!

Only thing that really matters with MC is CPU and RAM. Recent releases being more demanding could be an issue with your CPU and possibly with your ram since its DDR3. I'm not entirely familiar with your cpu but it seems like its on the weaker side for minecraft needs - minimum minecraft cpu recommends 3.2ghz now while your cpu is at 2.4ghz. Can you run an old version of minecraft a little better?

Here's some things you can try if you're desperate:
  - upgrade drivers
  - downgrade drivers (sometimes an older stable version is better than a new one)
  - turn off threads optimization and put usage to 4gb of ram
  - limit framerate to 60fps through RTTS
  - go into AMD radeon settings and set minecraft to high performance
  - try installing Sodium, Lithium, Starlight, Krypton, Entity Culling + Fabric API, LazyDFU etc.
  - complete uninstall/reinstall of minecraft and java
  - make sure java 64bit is installed instead of java 32bit

If none of that helps, it might be upgrade time.

Thanks for trying to help me but sadly nothing works but I found out that I can play superflat without lag spikes but normal world I get lag spikes left and right when moving around.

Yep, so your cpu is probably the culprit since it, again, is not up to the minimum requirements. Either upgrade or play older versions, sorry mate!

This might sound very dumb and unrelated, but if you have software for your mouse, have you tried lowering the polling rate? AntVenom documented a video on how he got a lot of lag spikes after he reinstalled Windows 10 which reset his mouse settings, and after he lowered the polling rate to the least he could (125), his lag spikes all disappeared. Give it a shot and let me know the result. good luck

You propably need to lower you render distance. An other reason that might happen is if you use a lot of texturepacks.

Try turning on v-sync ( assuming you don't already have it on)

maybe your graphic card may be weak, lower the graphic settings or consider about getting optifine(java only)
