i get lagg in minecraft even if the settings are low i have 60-80 fps but stil lagg

If it's fps lag, does it feel choppy?
Because, despite common belief, you can lag at 60 fps, at 100 fps, at 10000 fps. I have the same problem in Minecraft 1.8, as well others do. I can run a steady 60, but it feels like 20-30
I haven't been able to find a fix for it yet, but then again I haven't been trying hard enough.

Well you shouldn't be. 60 fps is basically ideal for the specs you've got. And also, if you're getting 60 fps, it's impossible to get lag.. Because you're not even lagging. I think you're just being too picky about your game or I'm slightly confused about the info you've given us.

1.8 is buggy for everyone. Run 1.7.10 if your on a server
