Hello, I'm trying to play Minecraft java, however when I go past 4 chunks of render distance my game starts to experience extreme FPS drops. This happens in vanilla, optifine, sodium, with shaders, without shaders, vsync, no vsync, you get the point. The game runs fine in terms of AVG FPS (110 shaders, - 300 without) but the drops make the game almost unplayable.
My system:
Intel Core I7-12700K
NVIDIA RTX 3070 TI
32GB Ram
2TB SSD
I have set the game to high power mode in task manager yet that still doesn't help. I have tried every RAM amount from 2GB - 12GB and that still doesn't change anything. I have ran out of ideas on what to do, so any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what your problem is, but what is your monitor's refresh rate? If it's less than your average fps you might as well cap your fps in the settings. I'm not sure what you mean be "extreme FPS drops" but if it's the difference in fps that is the problem (like from 300 to 180 or something) then capping it could help. Although I guess if you've tried vsync already, this may not be helpful either.
My only other idea would be to maybe check your GPU's drivers and make sure they are up to date. Other than that, you specs are quite good and I don't think you should be experiencing any problems.
