Launcher Grey Screen
When I open the launcher for minecraft, the entire launcher is grey. I have tried reinstalling minecraft a few times, restarting my pc, updating drivers, and updating java. Nothing has worked so far, if you have any ideas or solutions that would be much appreciated, thanks!

Go to the %appdata% folder, enter .minecraft folder, and delete all the files EXCEPT THE "saves" FOLDER (there's where your worlds are saved).
Also, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, and uninstall the Minecraft Launcher.
Next, reinstall the launcher from https://www.minecraft.net/ and try again.
If that still doesn't work, go to the folder where you have installed the Minecraft Launcher (by default is C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher), there is a file called debug.log, delete it, open the launcher (that will regenerate a new clean debug file) and open it with Notepad. What says?

Is there any way to update the OpenGL version, I think that's the issue. I tried the website and it said no available updates for my system.

Yes, Minecraft Java Edition minimum requirement is OpenGL version 4.4 (https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/325948-minecraft-java-edition-system-requirements/).
The version of OpenGL depends directly by your graphics card. If you want to use a newer version of OpenGL, you will need a newer graphics card.
Maybe Minecraft Bedrock Edition can run, despite OpenGL version, because that version uses DirectX.
