Linking Worlds in Vanilla

Hi,
I'm running a server via Apex Hosting and have a couple of mods that require it to be a vanilla (Minecraft 1.19 - Java). I am trying to find a way to link it with other worlds like with BungeeCord or Multiverse-Core. Everything I'm seeing requires a Paper or Spigot server and I'd prefer to keep it vanilla (for TNT and Vanilla Tweaks reasons).
If anyone has any hints or data pack stuffs I'd appreciate it!
