Hi guys GGJay here
I can run pretty much anything on my computer at average of around 200 fps 150 fps when streaming
But ive started playing the resident rise mod pack and for some reason every couple of seconds i get a lagg spike , il be doing something like building crafting then boom lagg then back to normal now this has only just started to happen and im not loosing any fps
so im sorted stumped as to what is happening any one have any ideas?

16 gig ram corsair
amd 8 core cpu 3.5ghz
both graphics and cpu are water cooled
Java 8.1 (most uptodate one)

Well you could try the following:
1. Update your drivers
2. Close as many running background applications as necessary
3. Divert more RAM to Minecraft
4. Download Optifine
5. Turn off shaders
6. Change your texture pack to something minimalistic
7. Clean your computer for viruses
8. Defrag your hard drive
9. Get a Game Booster

Its a mod pack its obviously going to have issues with lag especially with something as big as resident rise. How about you post your computer specs for further consultation
