No longer able to connect to my server?

So basically what happened is that suddenly when i run my server i cant connect to it unless via localhost, meaning nobody else can join. Even when it is on, when i login to the server it gives the exact same message as if it were off. Does anyone know how to fix this? It has been going on for a while so dont say restart computer.


EDIT: It was running perfectly before, it wont work anymore
