Looking for a command that makes a mob always look in my direction.

Ye so I was wondering if there is a command that can summon a mob that is always looking in my direction but still can move and attack. Example with a enderman: I want him to move around and attack me but he always looks in my direction like he is stalking me or something. If someone know a command that can do something please tell me.
