Looking for a founder

hi! i am looking for a founder to start a server. as of the founder you will get owner rank, and you get to choose the ratio of profits from ranks, like 60/40 , 50/50 70/30 etc. etc ( you have the right to take 100% since you ARE founding it. i have a few ideas in mind.
