Looking for a partner for a unique prisons server

Hello everyone! I am a seasoned developer and am experienced in plugin development and configuring on minecraft java edition for the better part of 7-8 years. That being said, I am extremely passionate about creating a new minecraft server (in the future, maybe network) and would want someone's help in covering server expenses (mainly hosting as I am willing to cover all cost of development including custom plugins and models). The idea behind the server is to emulate the essence of cosmic prisons (check it out before for reference) and the entire concept of prisons they brought forward which I believe was really unique and has not been seen since.
