Hi I'm trying to find a specific chat formatting/censorship plugin which I've seen multiple servers using including Minewind. Basically it uses hearts to censor bad words, has a /chatfilter command for players to enable or disable the filter, it has a clover symbol as a prefix for new players, and when a new player joins it says "welcome newfriend to the server". If anyone knows what plugin this is that would be really helpful. Thanks

The problem with what you are describing is that chat plugins are almost infinitely configurable, so much of your description might just be content that has been added to that particular server. /pluginsis available on the server, which will list all the running plugins. This can be locked to admins only, but often, its not.
