Looking For Artistic People for a soon to be massive server

I am currently running a bukkit server hooked up with hamachi and I am looking for some artistic people who really know how to make things look cool and unique for the server. Me and my friend are planning on making this server massive with cities, towns etc. We are planning on setting it up like a MMORPG. This is going to be a serious server so I need people who know what they are doing. I am looking for a decent team who are really artistic.

I am looking for people who:

1. Are good with building things (I will also put on some mods to make building easier.)
2. Good with redstone.
3. Are active on minecraft.

Requirements:

1. MUST have a skype.
2. MUST have a microphone.
2. MUST be 13+ years old.

A skype and microphone would make communicating much easier especially when giving out directions. And like I said, this is going to be a serious server and just typing things to each other wouldn't be that efficient. I am looking for people who are at least 13 years old who are mature enough to handle things efficiently and I'm sorry but I don't want 10 year olds running a soon to be massive server.

And yes once the server has completely been created I will then make it a server that runs twenty-four seven and maybe one that you need to pay to get in due to how expensive it is to run a server.

A little information on the server:

Server Name: Classified (I don't want people stealing it).

I am planning on making the server a mid-evil modern type theme. Which means there will be castles and stuff like that but also modern cities like today.

I would have more done but I was having problems with the server starting.


I used mostly MC Edit to make this and a little bit of World Edit.

Now those are just pictures of the almost done castle I am and maybe YOU will be making but I am planning on having a full mid-evil city around that then a rail road track system set up to go to other cities with a MASSIVE dwarven mine and etc.

EDIT: A of 8-29-11 I finished the castle.

What I do is I work on it on single player then transfer the file over to the server. Everything gets transferred except for your inventory.
