Looking for builders!

Hello I'm Meloady and I'm Manager on my friend's server. We're looking for builders but we only have one good builder who's sometimes lazy, not online, finishes half way and stops, or other things. She can't do it by herself. We currently need a spawn built for every game we have on the server.
