LOOKING FOR BUILDERS FOR NEW RP SERVER

Hello, i am the the owner of Eldscraft, and recently i have shut down one of my servers due to Popularity. So, now i want to replace it with a server that not many have Done. I would like to create a Server Molded After the PC game "The Sims." BUT WITH OTHER THINGS THROWN IN. This server would be made up of Players that hold a Role in a City they Choose to Start out in. Once This player have chosen a "Job" they can rank their way up to almost any potion in their job. (Potions Modeled after REAL LIFE potions) OR they can choose to me a Murdering Convict and Break the Law left and right. Now all the details are not Worked out but with the help of you, we can make this the best server we can.
GOALS OF THE SERVER:
1. BE DIFFERENT!
2. Give the players a Chance to Play a server and Hold a Important Role, no matter if Mod/Admin or not.
3. Build a FUN server.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED AND MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. MUST BE AMAZING AT BUILDING! (If not we cant use you D:)
2. Polite and Willing to Make changes if your work is not up to par.
3. No Point in Greifing, we will have Hawkeye. and The world will back up every 15 mins.
