Looking for Coders and Builders seeking a challenge

I am starting a new server. Upfront this will be a hard challenge and nothing easy. If your still reading then thank you. This will be an RPG server with a hidden mix into it. I can provide more details if you are interested, but the goal of this is to make a world the not only rewards players for the challenges they overcome, but also changes with the players over time.
