Looking for creative developers [1.21 & Queer-friendly SMP]

Hii everyone,
I'm Soleau (22 from NL) & I've been developing my own Minecraft server(s) for the past 3,5 years. After 9 years of dropping out, I decided to start a bachelor's in international creative business. At the moment I'm very busy with uni (of as) and I don't have time to update my server all by myself anymore, which I always used to do.
I work a lot with CMI & Deluxemenus! In the past, I've made a lot of events with this as well along with many different features such as battlepasses and a lot of custom menus. If you'd like more information about the server you can check out the website here! but be aware that it hasn't been updated in a while.
