Never have I been a great or even a good builder in minecraft, I'm usually the guy who just monitors and manages a server.
What do I need? Someone who has experience with building. To be more specific, building a spawn.
One small thing to fill out before you start any progress on anything:

- This is a faction based spawn, which is very important.
- Any type of block can be used, feel free to use any sort of theme.
- A large shop for players to buy & sell items to their liking.
- Preferably a couple areas perhaps for rules/info
