Looking For Experienced Staff/Builders For Multiverse Server
Hey there
We are currently looking for Staff and Experienced Builders who will devote their time to moderate and help build our new direction of our Server "DivineCraft"
We have been average sized server for a while now and we are now starting to reach new heights! Basically we're going to be making three new worlds, Creative/Freebuild, PvP/Factions, Towny/Villages and of course our Global Spawn all with their own Game modes in each world that is restricted to that particular world. Community is what is really important to us so everyone in the server is generally very friendly and you'll definitely notice that when entering the server. We are looking for people who are over the age of 15 and over, people from all over the world who speak English, have a working headset/mic and people who are willing to devote their time to the server.

is server down, i was in the middle of building my house next to jack and thought i expericed lag then havent been able to get on in about 4 hours whats going on.

What kind of experience do you have with running a server (ie. bukkit, installations of plugins, running & maintaining): I've hosted a temporary "simpleserver" on my computer before, however I've never bothered to make my own permanent server as I don't wish to pay for hosting or take on the full responsibilities of an administrator. I do know most of the commands on minecraft however.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server before and if so why: No, as I'm not the type of person to grief or be rude.
Why would you like to be the next Global Mod/Builder on our server: I absolutely love this server. You guys take it seriously and I would like to help you out with making it better by moderating as well as building bigger and better pvp and mob arenas for the rest of us to enjoy. It's actually quite rare to find such a good server
What other servers have you worked on?: For moderating I've only moderated a friend's survival server that didn't last very long. I only usually build on local games as far as my projects go.
Are you an Experienced Builder: Yes, the most recent large scale project I've helped with would be the "GODS" faction's city.

This is my faction's city, I assisted in the material gathering and processing for the roof and walls, as well as their construction. As for the interior, I built my house and a decent portion of our town's walkway.

Do you agree not Grief/Destroy/Steal anyone's items/creations: I swear not to grief, destroy, or steal anything created by someone other than myself. I hate such things being done to me, so I don't do them myself.

I used to run a classic server and ran it for 5 months. I have had experience with many of the bukkit and plugin commands after running a localhost server, just to view and/or explore the various features available through the use of bukkit.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server before and if so why?
I was banned on two classic servers around 3 months ago, for unjustified reasons, including one of them because their friend disliked me :O.. The other one, I was accused of something I didn't even do...
Other than that, I was banned from 3 Beta Servers, one of them was for the reason "Potential Griefer".. I don't even remember going on this server. All I know, is that I used to let my brother play in my account (or he would RAGE*).. I remember him getting banned from some random server, but I don't remember which one. I think that may have been the one. I would have had no other reason to be accused otherwise. Since then, he now has no access to my account, therefore similar circumstances will NOT occur. The 2nd server imported the ban for this, which I believe to be completely unfair and I will be seeking unbanning on these server's to redeem my undeserved tainted status. The last server, I was accused for fly hacking. I have NEVER had Zombes or any form of cheat installed. The server was known to be quite glitchy, so I'm unsure by this. Other players agreed with me, but one Op was overpowering (an item spawner) and always threatened to ban me for simply stating my view towards a situation with not even any profanity. He gave me undeserving hatred and therefore, took the chance to ban me for a FAKE incident. This server was a private one and only encompassed a small community. I know including this information may wave my chances, but the most important thing is to be truthful.
Why would you like to be the next Global Moderator on our server?
I have seen many bad experiences or adventures that have been forced upon players, when an Op happens to be online. I believe this could be prevented with an extra Global Moderator, to keep the server life a happy, delightful one. My aim if I become a GM is to ensure players gain the great experience they deserve. Players don't deserve for their creations to be utterly destroyed, robbed from all resources, spawn killed, given unfair gameplay by other players(hacks including speed, flying, noclip, xray, zombes, etc), listen to profanity and have other players take advantage of their personality. To ensure, none of the above events occur, the server would need more protection, all day long. As it is, I believe the current admins are wonderful at completing their jobs, but they cannot moderate 24/7. I believe my timezone (UTC + 10) lacks patrolling my the admins. For this reason, I believe I would like to be the next Global Mod.

I previously used to run my own classic server, until my reasons for hosting became less prominent and my enjoyment in the basic version of the game began to drop.
Are you an experienced build?
It really depends on what the objective of the project is. I would believe my building skills to be above average, but not awe-inspiring. I don't believe that building skills aren't really a major requirement for this job, but I believe they will be sufficient, where necessary.

I would provide images/videos of my past project. The last server I was on, I built a giant castle on a hill, with a massive underground base network. I would have used this, but since the server had a few irresponsible admins, they exploded my whole base with tnt and little is left.

I would never do, any such of a thing, as I have experience the pain and heartbreaking created from the destruction of my creations and the stealing of my well-earnt resources. I would never wish this upon another player and I would love to help to prevent such a thing occurring again.

I will be as active as I possibly can. I can ensure I would be able to dedicate at least 1 - 2 hours each day. Some days, I may spend substantially more, but on special occasions I may go out for the day to hang with some friends. Other than under extreme circumstances, I probably won't miss a day from going on the server.

I will assess each situation to find the correct punishment and the most appropriate. No matter, if they are a friend, everyone has to be treated equal from an admin perspective to keep things fare. My final answer for this question would be, "Of course, yes".

How long have you been playing Minecraft:Since around April?
What kind of experience do you have with running a server (ie. bukkit, installations of plugins, running & maintaining):Well, I have been a moderator, operator, and admin on a server. A lot of people liked me, so the owner decided to bump me up to admin. I hope I can join your server, and be a part of your team.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server before and if so why:I have, but I thought it was a griefing server, so I was griefing. I tried to apologize, but they banned me without question. I promise I won't do it to your server.
Why would you like to be the next Global Mod/Builder on our server:Because I have had past experiences as a moderator and higher ranks. I know many players say they have experience, but half of them lie. I, however, actually do have experience. I know you can't trust me until you see me. But I'm sure you'll trust me.
What other servers have you worked on? KingdomCraft, a PvP, Factions server. And Knights Of Colthian. I was a moderator, admin, op on KindomCraft, and I'm a Site-Admin on Knights of Colthian (Equivalent to Game-Admin)
Are you an Experienced Builder:Sort of, I don't really like building but I will do it if you force me to. :3
Please provide some images/videos of your past projects: I have none, due to me constantly deleting my .minecraft folder, I do not have any photo's at this time.
Do you agree not Grief/Destroy/Steal anyone's items/creations:I swear on the bible.
Will you be an active member on the server (If so how many hours per day):I will try my hardest, with the exception of school, and other servers I am an admin on.
Will you take the required action if you see someone doing something they shouldn't be:Yes I will. I know what the punishment should be, and I will enforce it.
Any additional information about yourself and why we should pick you:I enjoy having fun. I am strict and mean at times, but that is the way I enforce rules. But, I will be nice!
