I doubt anyone would wanna host your MC Server for free, let alone create one *for free.

It takes less then a minute to make a server. Get the jar, get the start script, put it in a folder and magic.

I don't think that there is server maker "that makes everything by its own". Its nothing hard, the first time i did it, yes i needed to circle my head around couple of times, but it was easy, so it should be for you.

All depends how many slots do you need run for you and your friends im willing to get you a 24/7 server

I know some free hosting. No port forwarding or anything! I'll link you to them.
There is a catch though with them though, You have to like activate it every 36 hours I believe other than that it is 24/7 server with about 650 MB of space :/. Not much space but hey It's a server as you requested! And It's not a 24 hour than its gone kind of hosting! You have around 24 hours to reactivate your server. If you need I can create it for you, or show you how!
