I see this all the time and I give everyone the same answers: Nobody will work for free. Either learn to code or pay a guy to do it.

Also if you're running a factions server, there's not much you need to be custom coded. Most Factions servers say they have custom plugins, but in most cases, they are using the same plugins that everyone downloads off of Bukkit.

So don't sweat it if you don't have any custom plugins, because it doesn't matter.
