Looking for a good guy/gal to be a Co-Owner

Hey Minecraft community, I am seeking a guy or lady 18+ of age to Co-Own a new server I am creating (Free of Charge of course). You must be willing to dedicate time online through thick and thin, even at times when it will be sheer boredom... I am looking for someone I can get a long with, that has skype and previous Server experience. The server I am starting will be a 30 Slot for the first month, and if successful 40 the next, and so on. It will be either a faction server or city build server of some sort, I am open to ideas.
