Looking for good server host no ads please

Hi I want to find a good,cheap,reliable host for my server if possible I want to be able to move my private servers files to the new host. Please only reply if you are not from one of the server hosting companies.I'm new to hosted minecraft servers so if you have any tips on how to find a host that meets my requirements.
just tell me the website no link and if staff see any links here please don't ban people they're just trying to help me out.
