Looking for help with command block(Heroes&Generals Related)

Hey as in the title explain I need someone to help me with command block. My plan is to use command block to make "hold a certain point/place" game. My map is based on the concept of Heroes and Generals but in minecraft. So a certain team have to capture a certain area for some certain amount of time to win I'm trying to do that but I don't understand the commands needed.
