Looking for a NA host to test before i buy...

Hello, im looking for a North American (preferibbly canadian) host that is willing to let me trial there server for a week before i commit to buy. Im looking at creating a 30ish player server for under $15 a month that will run about 10 plugins one of them being Orebefusicator. As always expecting next to no lag and minimal downtime.
What do you guys have to offer along these lines.

Not sure about North American, but I know CreeperHost are pretty damned good! You can also 'purchase' a free trial server for like a day so you can get a feel for it!
