You cant just ask to be admin on a server you have never been on... I would say you would need to stay atleast a month on a server before they will even consider you as an admin.

You should get some plugins, and if you are on cracked, and using xAuth, change it to AuthMe or some other. NOW! Because you are able to login with an admin with a glitch.
